Question: How can I pay for my Health Link?
Answer: Health Link can be paid for either by check or credit/debit card. Health Link can bill your credit/debit card on a monthly basis or you can pay for the entire first two years of service by check, credit/debit card at the time you join Health Link.

Please note that if paying by check that you must pay for the first two years up front in advance.

Question: Can I give the Health Link as a gift to someone?
Answer: Yes, the protection of Health Link can be given as a gift.

Question: Do I have to sign a service contract?
Answer: Yes. A two-year service agreement is required in order to provide Health Link’ss potentially life-saving medical technology (i.e. the Health Link microchip, private and secure database access) to you and our Health Link-enabled hospitals
