Question: How much does Health Link cost?
Answer: There are two ways to pay for Health Link:

1. Option 1: A one-time upfront fee of only $149.99, which includes the cost of the Health Link microchip and the first 12 months of the Health Link subscription fee. In year two, the Health Link subscription fee is only $9.95 per month. There is an upfront minimum commitment of two years.

2. Option 2: Health Link also offers a monthly payment plan of only $14.99 per month for the first 12 months, which covers the cost of the Health Link microchip and the first 12 months of the subscription fee. Then, in year two, the subscription fee drops to only $9.95 per month. There is an upfront minimum commitment of two years.

3. Methods of Payment: Major credit card (AMEX, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Diner’s Club) or Debit Card or Check. Paying by check is certainly welcomed, however when using this method of payment, the entire two year plan must be paid for upfront ($268.40).

Question: Will my insurance company pay (discount or reimburse me) for my Health Link?
Answer: The Health Link corporate team continues to work with different insurance carriers across the U.S. to teach them about Health Link and its positive impact on improving patient care, as well as reducing medical risk, inaccurate medical treatment, and unnecessary expenses in our nation’s hospitals. At this time, the cost for Health Link is not yet reimbursed by insurance companies; however Health Link hopes that this will change and it will become a reimbursable expense in the future.
